The lecture had titled The Axis of Evil and Doctrine of Preemption Three Years On, which were performed by Dr. Michael E. O'Hanlon. In this video, he showed the different types of challenges and difficulties that came along with the understanding and managing the public organization with generic tradition (Dr. Michael OHanlon, 2020). In the initial level of the lecture, Dr. Michael E. O’Hanlon had described himself as a Sam Nunn Democrat and he analyzed the doctrine of preemption by focusing on the effectiveness and the efficiency of the theory that opposed to any type of moral, righteousness. What he concluded seemed to have more than one interpretation with the risk of putting a simplicity approach to his analysis that was very complex, his thoughts came down to a grading scale.
